Offenbach de Chester, the French Bearded King

Offenbach de Chester, the French Bearded King

Anne petit - Pictures RR

Here are the complete results of the 26th Championship Show of the Bearded Collie French Club. Mrs Ruth Scott, from Great Britain, had to judge no less than 115 dogs during the day!

First of all, let’s congratulate Offenbach: indeed, after his countless victories, he has proved thanks to his descendents that he is definitely one of the most important Bearded Collies ever, as three of his sons won their respective classes in the show. Especially the young Attila de Chester, an 8 months old dog (Offenbach x Samantha de Chester) – which won the “future trophy” by finishing best dog on Saturday. The winner of the dog young class was Au Fil du Temps des Emeraudes du Lac (Offenbach x French Ch. R’du Temps de Chester). And finally the winner of the bitch reproductive class, the multi champion Solana de Chester (Offenbach x multi champion Miss Young de Chester).

The Best in Show, Offenbach de Chester

The champions 2006

The title of French champion female 2006 went to Seed Of champion De Chester (world champion Inch'allah de Chester x multi champion Leader des Emeraudes du Lac), belonging to Mr and Mrs PONTHUS.

The title of French champion male 2006 and 3rd best Bearded of the national championship show was awarded to the young dog Vol de nuit des Emeraudes du lac (R'du temps De Chester x Leader Des Emeraudes du lac).

The Best Champion and RBIS was awarded to the bitch from Belgium Betty Boop Des Bergers de Samme (champion Zabou Des bergers de Samme x Gaver Beardies strevels).

And once again, a great hurray to the king of the Bearded, champion Offenbach De Chester, which won his 4th Best in Show at the French breed championship show (2000, 2002, 2004 et 2006), and also to his son Attila de Chester, which won his first Best.
