See our picture slide show realised at the kennel.
Two hours after this first visit, we went to another ultra modern centre, which is the model to the future kennels of the Muscovite police. The quality of the installations and the number of persons in charge of taking care of the 48 dogs – there were only few dogs at the time of our visit, as the works were just finished – confirm the importance the authorities attach to the living conditions of the dogs.
The quality of the installations underline the goals of the police: to provide the dogs proper living conditions, so that they can be operational every day. Besides the kennels and yards, the administrative offices also are very cosy: gymnasium, training rooms, etc.
We also had the opportunity to visit all the buildings, including the modern kitchen.
There were only a few dogs when we visited the kennel: a Pit Bull, East European Shepherds, one Rottweiler, One Central Asia Shepherd and a Caucasian Shepherd. The future Muscovite police dogs will soon come to live in this kennel, which is under the management of a woman, Galina.
When we left the kennel, she told us that all the boxes will be occupied in a few months, and that the training field, behind the kennel, would allow us to make another interesting report. We would like to thank Evgueny – in picture below, on the right – our guide, for his time, help and kindness.
