His Friends And Family

Yann Stevens and Emmanuel Pacitto

Scooby-Doo works with his inseparable mates of Mystery, Inc., as they go around solving mysteries in spooky places in the Mystery Machine, their van.
His best pal is Shaggy (real name: Norville Rogers), who is just about as courageous and constantly after Scooby Snacks as Scooby himself!
Next, there is Freddy, the leader of the pack, who initiates the mysteries and makes the villain-traps that never work, no matter how ingenious they are.
Velma can speak every language in the world, isn’t very pretty, wears glasses, and thus is very bright (!). But take her specs away and she’s as blind and useless as…well, as Velma without glasses!
Last but not least, we have pretty Daphne, who, of course (?!), isn’t very brainy, and usually isn’t much use in resolving mysteries since she generally gets caught by the baddies or messes up Freddy’s clever traps.

Scooby-Doo often has the chance to see various members of his family throughout the episodes of his adventures:
Scooby Dum (Scooby's Cousin), Scooby Dee (Scooby's Cousin), Scrappy Doo (Scooby's Nephew), Yabba Doo (Scooby's Brother), Woopsy Doo (Scooby's Cousin), Dooby Doo (Scooby's Cousin), Skippy Doo (Scooby's Brother), Howdy Doo (Scooby's Brother), Grandpa Scooby (Scooby's Grandpa), Ruby Doo (Scooby's Sister).
