More than 200 Boxers were entered in Avignon for the French Championship Show. The participation was particularly international this year.
Indeed, many breeders from the neighbouring countries (Belgium, Italy, Spain, etc.) had come with class A dogs. The Spaniards were by far the most represented foreigners, and as can be seen from the results, they had come with great expectations, which in many ways they achieved.
The Best In Show of the Boxer French Club was awarded to the Spanish bitch Yuhe Del Segador.
The best breeder’s lot went to Mrs Lafay, kennel De La Brevenne, while the best stud dogs were, first, Périco du Val d’Europe, and second, his son Sayan de Talisco.
For the first time, Royal Canin displayed its new product, BOXER 26, a new advance in canine nutrition, whose goal is to bring answers adapted to the particularities of the Boxer.
