Here is a Boston Terrier, which is making quite a buzz in any show she goes to!
Famous handler Ludovic Gerona tells us the story of his new star, the Boston Terrier bitch “Volte Face”. “Back from Luxembourg Dog Show, while bringing back a dog to her owner Mrs Gonin – Des Hauts Couleurs Kennel – I saw of her new born bitches at her kennel and it was love at first sight! Mrs Gonin sponteanously gave us Volte Face des hauts Couleurs. “
“The only problem was – and you can trust my word as a handler – her owner thought that Volte Face was a beautiful bitch, but that she didn’t have the right temper to go to shows. Despite her reluctance, I decided to take up the challenge: to make of Volte Face a champion. And it happened! I took to 12 CACIB shows, and she won 11 times the CACIB and one time the RCACIB. She also won her group two times. This is the first time that this happens to a Boston Terrier in France. She is currently Top Boston Terrier at the Vos Chiens Magazine/Pedigree Challenge!
Now we share our life with four Boston Terriers, and I thank Mrs Gonin who shared with us her passion for the breed!
