The Various FIFe Titles

CAC: Certificate of Aptitude for Standard Champion (three such certificates qualify a champion).

CACIB: Certificate of Aptitude for International Beauty Champion (three of these qualify a champion, including one obtained abroad).

CAGCIB: Certificate of Aptitude for International Beauty Grand Champion (three of these, including two obtained abroad and awarded by different judges, qualify a champion).

CACE: Certificate of Aptitude for European Champion (three of these, awarded in three different countries and by three different judges, qualify a champion).

Honors Class: After obtaining all of titles above, cats can compete further for an Honors Class distinction, and can continue to win awards, while making room for newcomers.

In addition, other awards, including Best Variety (best color of breed) and Best in Show (best in each category), are also available. From the winners of Best in Show, the Best of Best is chosen in the categories shorthaired, semi-longhaired, and longhaired.
