A creative American guy has invented the Katwallk, a system which allows the cats to practice their favourite game, running on the walls.
Cats love to be perched. Their owners often find them at the top of the cupboard or bookcase, watching what’s going on inside of the house. And every cat has his 15 minutes, huh, not of fame, but of madness, when you see them running like hell in each and every room, climb at the curtains and then reach the ceiling. On the other side of the ocean, our American feline friends can satisfy this game, with an easy but clever idea, the Katwallk.
The Kattwallk is a little shelf covered with a soft, fluffy carpet. The whole trick is that the system with which you fix it to the wall, makes it that the shelf is 3 cm from the wall, so as to assure the balance of the cat. You can set it horizontally or with an angle. With many of these “shelves”, your cat will be able to walk on the wall, and also relax. The carpets come in many colours, so that you can match it with your interior, and they are washable. They also come in sisal carpet, do that your cat can scratch its claws on them. Unfortunately for us faraway Europeans, the shipping cost will approximately double the original price, which is of US $ 28.50, and the price decreases when you buy four of these Katwallks.
